Upon completion of our ASNT RT Level III Refresher Course, participants will have achieved the following objectives:

1.     Principles and Theory: Participants will revisit the foundational principles and theories associated with nondestructive testing, equipping them with a solid theoretical grounding.

2.     Equipment and Materials: The course will include a comprehensive review of electrically generated sources, particulate radiation sources, and radiation detectors, enabling participants to understand and select the right tools for different testing scenarios.

3.     Techniques and Calibration: Participants will refresh their skills in imaging considerations, film processing, and viewing of radiographs. They will also delve into judging radiographic quality, mastering exposure calculations, and understanding various radiographic techniques.

4.    Interpretation and Evaluation: The course will enhance the participants' capabilities to interpret and evaluate radiographic testing results accurately, promoting effective decision-making in real-world contexts.

5.     Procedures: The delegates will review standard operational procedures that govern radiographic testing, aligning their practices with industry standards and best practices.

6.     Safety and Health: A key component of the course is the review of safety and health considerations, including understanding exposure hazards, methods of controlling radiation exposure, emergency procedures, and the use of dosimetry and film badges.
